Presenters must attend their sessions for presentations and Q&A. Please visit Information for presenters page and carefully read General guideline for Poster sessions to check the presentation and Q&A time duration.
Make sure to install the Zoom software (https://zoom.us/download). The Zoom virtual conference access link will be posted on the ICMIC web site.
Make sure to join the session at least 10 minutes before the session begins. After join the Zoom conference, change your name to: YourFullName (presenter). Please turn on the camera, and share your slide during your presentation.
When attending other sessions, please remove (presenter) from your name to avoid confusion.
